Dear Heavenly Father,

하늘에 계신 우리 아버지,



We gather here this Thanksgiving in praise

and worship of Your goodness and greatness.

We remind ourselves of the glory of the greatest gift

you have given us all, the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ.

추수감사절인 이날 한자리에 모여 주님의 선하심과 위대하심을 찬양하고 예배합니다.

하나님께서 우리에게 주신 가장 큰 선물, 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 영광을 기억합니다.



We confess our shortcomings -

that we fall far short of being Your credible children.

For this we ask Your forgiveness.

또한, 우리의 부족함을 고백합니다.

아버지의 신뢰를 저버린 주님의 자녀들이 되었음을 회개합니다.



There are so many things for which we hope to thank You today -

so many things we take for granted in our lives:

our family, our teachers, our church, our school,

the roof over our heads, the clothes on our backs, our health,

the wealth of blessings, the freedom to pray these words

without fear in this great country, -

the list does not stop. We thank You.

하나님께 감사드릴 줄 모르고 당연하다고만 여겼던 것들이 너무나도 많습니다.

우리의 가족, 선생님들, 교회, 울타리가 되는 집, 등을 따듯하게 해주는

의복, 건강, 풍요의 축복, 이 위대한 나라에서 두려움 없이 기도할 수 있는

자유, 감사드릴 목록은 끊이지 않습니다. 하나님 감사합니다.



Lord, we have been going through many kinds of challenges, these days.

We still remain rattled by the incident that

happened in Itaewon during Halloween.

Please give awareness, not only to us, but also to other people

about the unfortunate encounter which took place that evening,

so that we can avoid these troubles from ever repeating again.

Such grievances are beginning to make many of us tired and stressed.

So please give us the power to rise to

these provocations to become stronger individuals.

주님, 요즘 우리는 매우 큰 시련을 겪고 있습니다. 이태원 핼러윈 사고로

아직도 마음이 어리둥절합니다. 그날 저녁에 일어난 불행을 기억하며

우리뿐만 아니라, 다른 사람도 경각심을 가지게 하여,

다시는 이런 참사가 반복되지 않도록 도와주시기를 간구합니다.

이러한 불행이 우리 중 많은 사람을 지치게 하며 스트레스를 가중합니다.

이러한 도전에 맞서서 더 강한 심령을 가질 수 있도록 힘을 부어주시기를 소망합니다.



Please bless those in this room who

have shown great devotion to come and worship you.

Please also bless the pastors, ministers, and teachers

for dedicating their time and effort to making

these church services possible.

We present You this Thanksgiving with gratitude for all Your blessings.

이곳에서 신령과 진정으로 예배드리는 모든 성도에게 축복을 내려주시기를 소망합니다.

또한, 예배가 가능하도록 시간과 노고로 헌신하시는 목회자, 사역자 그리고

선생님들에게도 축복을 내려주시기를 기도합니다.
